Present Perfect Continuous Affirmative/Positive sentences:
  • Subject + Auxiliary verb + Main verb + Time-reference
  • Subject + Have been/Has been + Present Participle (verb+ing) + Time-reference
Example:
I have been working. 

You have been working. 

He / she / it has been working. 

We have been working.

They have been working.

Present Perfect Continuous Interrogative/Question sentences:
  • Has/Have + Subject + Been + Present Participle (verb+ing) + Time-reference  
Example:
Have I been working? 

Have you been working? 

Has he / she / it been working? 

Have we been working?

Have they been working?

Present Perfect Continuous Negative sentences:
  • Subject + Auxiliary verb + Main verb + Time-reference
  • Subject + Have not been/Has not been + Present Participle (verb+ing) + Time-reference 
Example:
I have not been working. 

We have not been working. 

You have not been working. 

He / she / it has not been working. 

They have not been working.
