Meaning: Our problems are like clouds. Silver lining depicts hope. Every problem or difficulty in life has a hopeful aspect, something to our advantage - but may not be seen fully or partially at the beginning. So wait for the cloud/problem to pass and then the silver lining will be seen.

Meaning: If we solve our problems immediately, it lessens the burden later. Immediately sorting out our problems saves us time and energy. As time goes by, problems will increase - if left unsolved. In the proverb, the stitch refers to the mending of the problem. Stitching in time refers to solving the problem within the time given. Saves nine refers to the many problems that can be avoided.

5. A bad worker blames his tools

Meaning: Our success depends on us and not the tools that we use. There is no point in blaming the tool if we do not complete our work. Even if we have the best tools but do not know how to use them, work will not be done. On the other hand, if our tools are bad, but we know to repair and work with it, the work gets done.
