Solution:

Step 1: First, we shall draw the rough figure of the triangle $$ABC$$.

Step 2: Draw a line segment $$BC$$ of length $$8 \ cm$$.

Step 3: At the point $$B$$, draw $$BX \perp BC$$.

Step 4: With $$C$$ as centre and take $$10 \ cm$$ as radius, draw an arc which cuts the $$BX$$ at $$A$$.

Step 5: Join $$A$$ and $$C$$.

Therefore, $$ABC$$ is the required right-angled triangle.
