Temperature Conversion:
Temperatures between scales can be converted using the following equations.

Conversion of Celsius (º\(C\)) to Fahrenheit º\(F\):

The temperature (\(T\)) in degree Fahrenheit (\(ºF\)) is equal to the temperature (\(T\)) in degree Celsius (\(ºC\)) multiplied by \(9/5\), and plus \(32\).

°F=1.8×°C+ 32

or

°F=95×°C+ 32

For example: Convert 30 °C into °F

\(F = C × 9/5 + 32 F\)

\(= (30 × 9/5) +32 F\)

\(= (270/5) +32F\)

\(= 54 + 32F\)

\(= 86 °F\)

Conversion of Celsius º\(C\) to Kelvin \(K\):

We convert Celsius to Kelvin by adding (\(273\)) to the Celsius of temperature.

K=273.15+ºC

For example: Convert \(100 °C\) into Kelvin

\(K = °C + 273K\)

\(= 100 + 273 K\)

\(=373K\)

Conversion of Fahrenheit  º\(F\) to Celsius  º\(C\):

The formula to convert temperature \(T\) in degrees Fahrenheit (\(ºF\)) to the temperature (\(T\)) in Celsius is,

°C=°F32×59

Conversion of Fahrenheit  º\(F\) to Kelvin \(K\):

The formula to convert temperature \(T\) in degrees Fahrenheit (\(ºF\)) to the temperature (\(T\)) in Kelvin is,

K=°F32×59+273.15

Conversion of  Kelvin \(K\) to Celsius º\(C\):

We convert Kelvin to Celsius by subtracting (273) from the temperature in Kelvin.

ºC=K273.15

Conversion of  Kelvin \(K\) to Fahrenheit º\(F\):

The formula to convert temperature \(T\) in Kelvin to the temperature (\(T\)) in degrees Fahrenheit (\(ºF\)) is,

°F=K273.15×95+32
