Nr.U80302TN2019PTC132261 (operating under the brand name YACLASS), incorporated in India, is an official partner of the international YACLASS family, a leading EdTech company for imparting learning. For the sake of brevity, the YaClass Tech PVT LTD will be hereinafter referred as YACLASS.
YACLASS values your trust, that’s why we are committed to protect any personal data that YACLASS receives. In order to honour that trust, YACLASS adheres to high legal standards in processing any information you provide.
This privacy policy governs your use of the YACLASS educational web portal www.yaclass.in (“Website”) and the other associated/ancillary Websites and services managed by YACLASS.
This Privacy Policy is governed and operated under the laws of India.

Payments
We use bank services or Razorpay for processing payments. In case of direct bank payments YACLASS processes all the information and stores data related to payments in India in accordance with the law. When using Razorpay services, YACLASS does not store your payment card data. During payments all the data is encrypted through the special payment system. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies. YACLASS may disclose Information
