With the total number of Coronavirus cases in India in the millions, more and more teachers are being forced to adapt to new and often unfamiliar distance learning routines online. This not only requires rapidly learning and familiarising one’s self with new technologies and platforms, but also pedagogical strategies to keep students engaged and learning in the less supervised online classroom environment.
Because YaClass understands teachers’ struggles in this troubling time, we created several highly detailed tutorial videos, detailing every aspect of the website and how teachers can best use them in their daily routines. These videos were brought together with several of the most popular webinar videos to create a brand new tutorial centre on the website.
The videos are structured in a linear manner, so a new teacher can learn how to register, how to register their class and get a free month of Ya+ to test the full functionalities of the site, how to use the subjects, and how to put selected material together and send as a homework assignment to some or all of the students in their class.
