The Great Stone Face, written by Nathaniel Hawthorne, is an interesting,  short story. It is woven around the character named . Ernest, inspired by the  narrated by his mother on The Great Stone Face,  its arrival from his  days.
 
The legend is, a child will be born  this image, exhibiting  qualities. Such a divine kid would be the  person of his age.
