Find the area of the shaded region using the figure given below.

 

 

Here, \(\triangle ABC\) is an equilateral triangle with sides of 11.8 \(cm\). \(D\), \(E\) and \(F\) are the mid-points of \(BC\), \(AC\) and \(AB\) respectively. [Use \(\pi\) \(=\) \(3.14\)]
