Let's learn how to identify the pattern in the given set of rational numbers.

Aasha was asked to write \(3\) more rational numbers similar to

\frac{1}{2}, \frac{2}{4}, \frac{3}{6}, \frac{4}{8}, ....

. She noticed that

all these numbers surprisingly follow a pattern like,

\frac{1 \times 2}{2 \times 2} = \frac{2}{4}, \frac{1 \times 3}{2 \times 3} = \frac{3}{6}, \frac{1 \times 4}{2 \times 4} = \frac{4}{8}

. Since she

identified the pattern in which the numbers are written, it became easy for her to write \(3\) more rational

numbers. It is

\frac{1 \times 5}{2 \times 5} = \frac{2}{4}, \frac{1 \times 6}{2 \times 6} = \frac{6}{12}, \frac{1 \times 7}{2 \times 7} = \frac{7}{12}

If we can identify the pattern in which a group of numbers is written, it will be easy to find the next numbers in the series.
