Lens formula is,

\(\frac{1}{v}\ -\ \frac{1}{u}\ =\ \frac{1}{f}\)
\(\frac{1}{v}\ =\ \frac{1}{f}\ -\ \frac{1}{u}\)
\(\frac{1}{u}\ -\ \frac{1}{v}\ =\ \frac{1}{f}\)
