7. Exercise VII

In places of hot climate, it is advised that the outer walls of houses be painted white because white surfaced object absorbs most of the heat reflects back most of the heat that is incident on it as white is a poor absorbergood absorber of heat. 

 

As a result, more outside heatless outside heat would enter the house. This helps in keeping the house cool.
