19. Calculate the acceleration of the car (before and after applying brake)

Starting from a stationary position, Rohit paddles his bicycle to attain a velocity of 8 \(m\)\(/\)\(s\) in 60 \(s\). Then he applies brakes such that the velocity of the bicycle comes down to 3 \(m\)\(/\)\(s\)  in the next 10 \(s\).
