Artificial Intelligence (AI):

 

 

AI stands for Artificial Intelligence. Artificial intelligence aims to develop computer programmes that function similarly to human brains. Although this has not yet been achieved in research, some computers can be programmed to recognise faces in a crowd.

 

Can robots think ?

 

  

Robots can think. They are better at playing complex games like chess than humans. Will a robot ever be aware of its thoughts? Humans are aware of their thoughts, but we don't understand how consciousness works. In the same way, we don’t know if Robots can ever be conscious.

 

Nanorobotics:

 

  

Nanorobots, also known as nanobots, are robots that have been scaled down to microscopic sizes to fit into tiny spaces and perform a task. Nanobots could be implanted into the bloodstream in the future to perform surgical procedures that are too delicate or difficult for traditional surgery. Consider what a nanobot could do if it could target cancer cells and destroy them without harming the nearby healthy cells.
