Aim:
To test the presence of fat in the given food item.
What do you need?
Coconut oil, groundnut oil and any paper.
How to do?
- Pour few drops of oil onto the paper and rub it gently with your finger.
- In case of ground nut, crush the groundnut and place it on a paper.
- Now rub the groundnut on the paper
