Dr Mylsamy Annadurai:

Dr Mylsamy Annadurai was born in Kodhavadi, a small village near Pollachi in Coimbatore district, on \(July\ 2,\ 1958\). He studied B.E. at the Government College of Technology in Coimbatore. He completed his higher education in \(1982\) at PSG College of Technology in Coimbatore, earning an M.E. degree.
 
Career:
He began his career as a scientist for the ISRO in the same year. Later, he received his doctorate from the Anna University of Technology, Coimbatore. Annadurai is a pioneer in the field of satellite technology. He worked as the Project Director for Chandrayaan-1, Chandrayaan-2, and Mangalyaan missions. He also made major contributions to Chandrayaan's cost-effective design.
Dr Kailasa Vadivoo Sivan:

Dr Kailasa Vadivoo Sivan is chairperson of the Indian Space Research Organization. He was born in Sarakkalvilai of Kanyakumari district, Tamil Nadu. In \(1980\), Sivan graduated from Madras Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering. In \(1982\), he pursued his master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore and joined ISRO. In \(2006\), he pursued his PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay.
 
Career:
From \(January\ 10,\ 2018\), he has served as Chairman of ISRO. Sivan has earned the nickname "Rocket Man" for his work on cryogenic engines for India's space programmes. His experience is shown by his ability to launch \(104\) satellites in a single flight.
Smallest satellite:
The team led by Rifath Sharook built the world’s smallest satellite, Kalamsat. Rifath Sharook is an \(18\) year old high school student from Pallapatti near Karur, Tamil Nadu. Kalamsat, the lightweight satellite weighing only \(64\ -gram\), was launched into space on \(June\ 22,\ 2017\), by NASA.
