Draw a line segment \(WS = 7.5 \ cm\).
Draw the perpendicular bisector \(XY\) to \(WS\). Let it bisect \(WS\) at \(O\).
With \(O\) as centre, draw arcs of radius \(3.75 \ cm\) on either side of \(O\) which cut \(OX\) at \(T\) and \(OY\) at \(E\).
