Draw a line segment \(DC = 7 \ cm\).
Draw a line \(XY\) through \(O\) which makes \(\angle DOY = 140^{\circ}\).
With \(O\) as centre and \(2.5 \ cm\) as radius draw two arcs on \(XY\) which intersects at \(K\) and \(U\).
Mark \(O\) the midpoint of the line segment \(DC\).
