Construct a \(\triangle PQR\) in which \(PQ = 8 \ cm\), \(\angle R = 60^{\circ}\) and the median \(RG\) from \(R\) to \(PQ\) is \(5.8 \ cm\). Find the length of the altitude from \(R\) to \(PQ\).
