A cubical candle of dimension 16.5 \(cm\) \(\times 11.4 cm \times 19.6 cm\) is placed in a conical stand of the same height when burnt to re-use the candle. The capacity of the stand is equivalent to the volume of wax. If so, find the radius of the stand.
