10. Find the area of the rectangular pathway

Consider a square shaped paddy field with side of 18\(m\). A pathway with uniform length 34\(m\) is surrounded the square field and the breadth of the outer side is 38\(m\). Find out the area of the rectangular pathway by using identities.
